Localization Project Manager (Gaming)

Location: Remote from Germany, France, Spain, or Italy

What you will do

• Manage the external vendor delivering text translation, graphic localization, voice-over localization, and LQA.
• Support localization planning, execution, handoffs, scheduling, and weekly status reporting.
• Gradually own approximately 10–20 localization projects from intake through delivery.
• Coordinate requests from Marketing, Packaging, PlayOS, and other internal functions.
• Track schedules, risks, dependencies, deliverables, blockers, action items, requests, and approved hours.
• Review LQA feedback, identify recurring issues, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience managing localization projects for games, entertainment, software, or digital products.
• Experience managing localization vendors, schedules, deliverables, quality expectations, feedback, and escalations.
• Familiarity with text translation, graphic localization, voice-over localization, review, LQA, handoffs, and delivery workflows.
• Strong organization, communication, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently.
• Comfort using Notion, Slack, spreadsheets, localization platforms, or project management tools.
• Must be based in Germany, France, Spain, or Italy and be familiar with European localization workflows.

• Fluency in English plus German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
