Senior Digital Service Deliver Analyst (Vendor Management)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week. Required travel is up to 50%.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year.

What you will do

• Manage technology vendor governance, intake operations, supplier engagement tracking, and executive-level visibility across the vendor lifecycle.
• Coordinate supplier, contract, statement of work, and project intake issues with business partners, Purchasing, Legal, Finance, and suppliers.
• Improve VMO workflows, VIDA intake processes, review checklists, approval paths, templates, reporting, and escalation routines.
• Analyze vendor networks, supplier engagements, project volume, renewal timelines, spend exposure, concentration risk, and supplier alignment.
• Review SOWs, renewals, amendments, NDAs/NDSAs, and MSAs for completeness, compliance, risk, scope, funding, deliverables, and governance requirements.
• Track project status, ownership, blockers, risks, escalations, next steps, and leadership reporting needs.

Requirements

• Experience supporting technology service delivery and supplier or vendor management.
• Ability to manage contracts, SOWs, renewals, amendments, NDAs/NDSAs, and MSAs for compliance and governance requirements.
• Project management skills, including planning, estimating, monitoring, risk identification, contingency planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience evaluating products and vendors against software requirements, selection criteria, and organizational standards.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, ethics, and compliance skills.
• Must work onsite five days per week in Irving, Texas, United States; travel up to 50%.
