Scrum Project Management Analyst II (L6) (PLM)

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States; hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in-office and 1 day remote. Applicants must be able to work in or relocate to Portland. Relocation assistance is not available.

Salary: $86,000–$110,000 USD per year, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Manage the PLATON backlog of current issues and future enhancement requests.
• Align system changes globally with other business units and provide second-level support for unresolved issues.
• Test future releases before deployment and support the ongoing evolution of engineering systems.
• Manage engineering pain points and improvement opportunities through the ESTR governance process.
• Facilitate planning committee meetings and quarterly executive reviews.
• Summarize annual budget requests for high-priority engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience defining, prioritizing, and maintaining backlogs for complex engineering or enterprise systems.
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver system improvements.
• Strong knowledge of product data management and product lifecycle management systems and processes, with familiarity with CAD tools.
• Experience creating tip sheets, training materials, and technical documentation; strong writing, reporting, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States; visa sponsorship and applications from existing visa holders are not accepted. Ability to travel as needed is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLATON, IMACS, NX, and Smaragd for part and BOM documentation, release processes, and synchronization.
• Experience with large engineering system implementations and deployments.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams, committees, or governance forums.
• Formal education in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
