What you will do

• Forecast and analyse credit performance across arrears, insolvencies, account balances and other portfolio outcomes.
• Interrogate large datasets to identify patterns, emerging risks and business opportunities.
• Develop and improve forecasting, management information and analytical processes.
• Create dashboards and presentations that make complex findings accessible.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Finance, Strategy, Customer Insights and Data teams to support business decisions and change.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills with experience working with complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills for robust analysis and clear communication of findings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a curious, investigative approach.
• Experience creating data visualisations and management information, including Power BI.
• Ability to present and explain analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in Credit Risk, credit analytics or financial services.
• Experience using Python or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Snowflake or other modern data platforms.
• Experience in a regulated environment, including data governance and controls.
• Strong statistical or quantitative background applied to real business problems.
