Manager, Analytics Consulting

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office for a minimum of two days per week

What you will do

• Lead strategic advisory engagements by framing ambiguous client challenges and developing evidence-based recommendations.
• Define analytical questions, delivery approaches, project scope, dependencies, risks, timelines, and resources.
• Manage consulting delivery, including client communication, stakeholder alignment, governance, budget, scope, quality, and risk.
• Perform analysis across credit risk, scorecard development, portfolio reviews, line management, segmentation, and bureau data.
• Facilitate workshops and present analytical findings and executive-ready recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coach analysts and consultants, review quality, and capture reusable methods and project learnings.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, analytics consulting, or data-led advisory.
• Experience managing client projects or major workstreams and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills, including hypothesis-led approaches to ambiguous challenges.
• Experience with project planning, governance, scope, risk, budget, and quality management.
• Clear communication skills and experience producing recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, cloud-based data platforms, and data visualization tools.
