Manager, Emerging Technology Operations

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Los Angeles office

Salary: $130,000–$169,000 annual base salary in Los Angeles, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, report on, and improve processes for Vault initiatives, partnerships, and commercialization efforts.
• Maintain visibility into priorities, milestones, risks, and business impact across emerging technology programs.
• Support rollout, adoption, training, communications, and stakeholder coordination.
• Track KPIs and prepare executive reporting while supporting governance, compliance, and cross-functional planning.
• Coordinate vendors, working groups, and strategic business use cases.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent executive presentation abilities.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational playbooks.

Nice to have

• Experience with emerging technology, digital transformation, innovation, or technology programs.
• Experience with change management and organizational adoption.
