Production Technician II (Battery Manufacturing)

Location: Moses Lake, WA, United States; onsite at the Moses Lake Plant

Salary: $29–$37 per hour, with potential overtime eligibility

What you will do

• Follow standard operating procedures to prepare materials and operate production equipment.
• Prepare, synthesize, sample, and transfer materials into designated containers.
• Visually inspect materials and verify compliance with quality specifications.
• Enter production data accurately into tracking systems and perform basic calculations.
• Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, and maintain safe material-handling practices.
• Assess and improve production processes while supporting production targets and working overtime when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consistent operating technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform data collection, computer entry, and basic math.
• Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication, dependability, and collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification for routine operation.
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test and wear respiratory protection and required personal protective equipment daily.
• Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds with lift equipment and carts, work in confined spaces, and remain stationary or walk long distances for extended periods.
