Manufacturing Technician II (Medical Devices): Supporting production of fragile ceramic substrate boards and high-temperature firing operations in a medical diagnostics manufacturing environment with an accent on sanding, cleaning, labeling, and detailed work instructions. Focus on operating manual and automated furnaces, entering production data electronically, and maintaining high attention to detail.

Location: On-site in New Brighton, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $21–$22 per hour, plus potential bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

Support Thick Film Department operations, including sanding, wiping, labeling, and cleaning fragile ceramic substrate boards.
Operate manual and automated high-temperature firing furnaces.
Follow detailed written work instructions.
Enter production data into electronic routers.
Perform all duties with a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements

Related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to follow written work instructions in English.
Ability to work on-site in New Brighton, Minnesota.

Nice to have

Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Experience operating semi-automated machines.
