Production Worker (Manufacturing)

Location: Lewiston, Idaho, United States; onsite production work

Salary: $27.69 per hour

What you will do

• Work in production for the tube and core division while following quality and safety policies.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to support production objectives.
• Make process adjustments, monitor product quality, and report defects or issues.
• Troubleshoot problems, learn new job setups, and train on other production lines and departments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, including cleaning and straightening during downtime.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Previous forklift certification and safe forklift operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, climb stairs, and perform repetitive duties.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and product quality requirements.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to production problems.
• Reliability, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
