Digital Manufacturing Program Manager (AI)

Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin, United States. Onsite role with occasional travel and regular physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

What you will do

• Lead execution and governance of the Advanced Manufacturing digital roadmap across multiple sites.
• Manage the Digital Factory portfolio, including MES, traceability, industrial IoT, SCADA and controls integration, asset performance, quality, and manufacturing data platforms.
• Coordinate AI initiatives covering computer vision, machine learning, predictive analytics, Generative AI, autonomous manufacturing agents, and digital worker applications.
• Drive project planning, prioritization, resource allocation, budget tracking, risk mitigation, KPI development, and executive reporting.
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, IT, product development, vendors, and plant leadership.
• Lead business case development, ROI validation, production deployment, change management, user adoption, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing technology, operations, engineering, or digital transformation.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale manufacturing technology implementations and managing capital and operational project budgets.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, MES platforms, industrial automation, controls and OT systems, manufacturing analytics, traceability, data platforms, AI/ML technologies, computer vision, and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methods.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Microsoft AI or Azure certification.
