Licensed Optician - Part Time - Bilingual Spanish

Location: Rancho Palos Verdes, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $18.50–$26.51 per hour

What you will do

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, insertion and removal training, and product education.
• Deliver patient care and customer service while meeting sales goals and store objectives.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, and conduct weekly customer outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and support operational quality.
• Manage inventory, merchandising standards, and the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish reading and speaking skills required.
• Active dispensing license required as required by the state.
• 3+ years of related experience or training required.
• Strong customer service, communication, selling, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
