What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, including insertion and removal training.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens products while delivering patient-focused service.
• Meet sales goals and support store performance and company objectives.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, and conduct weekly customer outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and maintain inventory, merchandising, and store organization.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required by the state.
• At least 3 years of related experience or training required.
• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.
• Confident selling skills and the ability to meet store goals.
• Ability to stay organized, manage details, and multitask in a busy retail setting.
• Professional and comfortable working with a variety of people.

Nice to have

• Previous retail experience.
