What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, including insertion and removal training.
• Educate customers about optical products and provide attentive patient care.
• Deliver customer service while supporting sales goals and store objectives.
• Maintain patient records, follow up on orders, notify customers, and conduct weekly outreach.
• Support quality and operational standards by reducing remakes, following safety policies, and maintaining inventory and merchandising standards.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required as mandated by the state.
• At least 3 years of related experience or training required.
• Strong customer service, communication, selling, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable working with a wide range of people.

• Previous retail experience.
