What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, including training customers on contact lens insertion and removal.
• Provide product education and customer service while meeting sales goals and company objectives.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, notify customers, and conduct weekly outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and support operational quality.
• Control inventory, maintain merchandising standards, and keep the work environment clean and organized.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license as required by the state.
• At least 3 years of related experience or training.
• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.
• Confident selling skills with the ability to meet store goals.
• Organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a professional approach.
