Translation Project Manager (Localization): Coordinating translation projects from client quotes and vendor purchase orders through translator scheduling, file verification, and final delivery with an accent on timeline control, quality, and multilingual project coordination. Focus on managing multiple concurrent projects, solving delivery and file-quality issues, and maintaining accurate workflows in Trados and Excel.
Location: Remote from Honduras; available schedules are Monday to Friday during EST-aligned shifts: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, or 7:00 PM–3:30 AM.

What you will do
- Create and submit accurate client quotes on time.
- Issue purchase orders for vendors and coordinate delivery schedules with translators.
- Organize and verify project files for final client delivery.
- Track project timelines and ensure on-time, high-quality completion.
Requirements
- Professional-level English bilingual ability.
- Proven experience as a translator in the translation or localization industry.
- Proficiency with SDL Trados and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, organization, and deadline-management skills.
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
