Enablement Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the NYC office

Salary: $181,000 – $221,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and ramp programs for Sales and Operations teams.
• Build and manage ongoing enablement programs, including certifications and coaching resources.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate complex products and processes into training.
• Diagnose performance gaps and implement scalable learning solutions.
• Establish and track metrics related to productivity, proficiency, and business outcomes.
• Integrate AI tools into enablement workflows to increase personalization and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, L&D, or related operational roles.
• Proven track record of building onboarding programs for customer-facing or operational teams.
• Strong ability to simplify complex topics and facilitate engaging training.
• Data-driven mindset with experience establishing success metrics.
• High fluency in AI tools and their application in professional development.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with LMS and knowledge management technologies.
• Experience creating certification-based learning programs.
