Senior Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Moses Lake, WA, United States; onsite

Salary: $37–$47 per hour, plus possible overtime and total rewards benefits.

What you will do

• Inspect, lubricate, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures to restore operations and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve machinery efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain repair records, maintenance logs, and parts inventories in a computerized maintenance management system.
• Install and test new equipment or upgrades and coordinate long-term maintenance activities with engineers, operators, and mechanics.
• Respond to breakdowns, share equipment knowledge, and support safe equipment operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes.
• Basic electrical knowledge covering wiring, motors, and PLC troubleshooting, plus familiarity with diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ability to work onsite in Moses Lake, WA, on shifts including weekends and overtime.

Nice to have

• Vocational training or certifications in mechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
