What you will do

• Lead the department team and support an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-oriented store culture.
• Manage customer experience, sales performance, budgets, profitability, loyalty-app promotion, and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, succession planning, and colleague development.
• Maintain fashion, visual, commercial, stockroom, fitting-room, checkout, pricing, and garment-presentation standards.
• Ensure omni-channel services and in-store technology, including Click & Collect and Smart Store tools, operate according to standards.
• Manage opening and closing routines, administration, health and safety, legal requirements, and daily store operations.
