Location: Laurel, Maryland, United States; on-site. United States citizenship and an appropriate security clearance are required, including active TS/SCI with an agency-appropriate polygraph.

Salary: $75.67–$102.47 per hour.

What you will do

• Support daily operations of cloud-based analytic platforms.
• Provide Tier 1–3 infrastructure and system-level support across Linux-based environments.
• Troubleshoot operational, networking, and system performance issues.
• Provision Red Hat/CentOS systems using Kickstart and support DNS, hosts files, and DHCP administration.
• Assist with containerized and distributed platform technologies, including Kubernetes and Hadoop.
• Participate in on-call operational support and collaborate with engineering teams.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph are required.
• At least 3 years of IT experience in cloud-hybrid environments, systems administration, and virtualization; a relevant bachelor's degree may count as two years of experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification, such as Security+ CE or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of core Linux operating system components.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop/HDFS, Prometheus, Grafana, Salt or Ansible, OpenStack, AWS, Python or Bash scripting, and JIRA.
