Commercial Construction Project Executive (Healthcare)

Salary: $148,000–$198,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage small and large commercial construction projects from discovery and design through development, implementation, and closeout.
• Maintain safety, project processes, quality control plans, schedules, and HITT standards.
• Negotiate client contracts, terms, conditions, and justified time extensions.
• Lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts with internal teams.
• Coordinate project staff, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and company resources.
• Acquire new work, maintain client relationships, and coach assistant-level operations staff.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Prior healthcare construction project experience is required.
• Previous project management experience with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• A four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings and organize people, tools, and time to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, JD Edwards, or comparable project-specific software.
