Sales Director - Senior Living

Location: 169 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10016, USA

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 yearly plus commission

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing plans with the Regional Sales Director to meet or exceed sales budgets and occupancy goals.
• Conduct phone outreach, direct calls, and lead-generation activities.
• Manage move-ins, move-outs, wait-list activity, and revenue performance for the community.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors, pricing, programs, promotions, and product information.
• Support resident, family, and associate referral programs and build relationships with residents and their families.
• Use lead-tracking and marketing software while following applicable regulations and community policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or one to two years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and independent decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to assisted living.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to perform regular standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, and other physical duties, including lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
