Sales and Design Specialist-Washington (Furniture)

Location: US - Washington; in-store role with weekend and holiday availability required

Salary: $21.00–$22.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission on shipped items and potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Conduct in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations for clients.
• Design furniture solutions aligned with client needs, preferences, wellness goals, and productivity.
• Build client relationships, follow up on leads, and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to develop partnerships and brand awareness.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design or rendering tools.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing more than 20 pounds and follow safety protocols.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
