Prepress and Digital Print Supervisor (Digital Print)

Location: Onsite in Cudahy, Wisconsin, United States; availability to support multiple shifts, including nights, is required.

Salary: $68,500–$106,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate digital press production and prepress operations.
• Manage the prepress process and team in coordination with digital and offset print areas.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, scheduling, housekeeping, and employee-relations standards.
• Coordinate staffing across shifts and work with management and coworkers to meet production requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external customers regarding production schedules, quality, and deliveries.
• Support employee training, mentoring, performance development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in a printing environment, including large-format print, digital print, and prepress processes.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead function.
• Ability and willingness to cover and remain accessible across multiple shifts, including nights.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, team-building, and leadership skills.
• Ability to teach and mentor employees.
• High school diploma or GED required; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
