What you will do

• Coordinate successful New Product Introduction launches within Operations.
• Contribute to facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed-model production lines and value streams.
• Implement process improvement initiatives, policies, procedures, and process documentation.
• Improve the flow and synchronization of products, materials, and information to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Work with shop floor personnel and cross-functional partners to improve manufacturing methods, systems, and controls.
• Define area layouts and processes, and design, select, justify, and implement equipment, programs, tooling, and PLC programming solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 3–5 years of related engineering experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing engineering experience and knowledge of lean principles and process improvement.
• Proficiency in CAD, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or ProE.
• Experience working in high-mix, low-volume and high-volume, low-mix production environments.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, project leadership, and prioritization skills.
