Process Safety Manager Engineer - New Graduate

Location: Lyndhurst, Virginia, USA; travel to customer sites across the U.S. for 12–15 weeks per year. The role includes on-site work, remote training, active job sites, working at heights, and hands-on duties.

What you will do

• Conduct consultative audits and inspections of customer facilities for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance.
• Prepare engineering reports documenting deficiencies and recommended corrective actions.
• Perform engineering system calculations during compliance evaluations.
• Deliver on-site and remote training on PSM and RMP compliance.
• Serve as a compliance subject matter expert for internal engineering and design teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
• Ability and willingness to travel to U.S. customer sites for 12–15 weeks per year.
• Strong communication, writing, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to explain refrigeration and compliance concepts to technical and management personnel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including at heights and on active job sites.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring pre-employment and regular drug testing.

Nice to have

• EIT license or interest in pursuing one.
• Willingness to pursue a PE license; company sponsorship is available.
• Experience with mechanical systems, process improvement, MEP construction, or HVAC/R.
