Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

Location: In-office in Oxon Hill, Maryland, United States

Base salary: $84,150–$140,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and financial results.
• Drive consultative sales, business development, household acquisition, and share-of-wallet growth.
• Coach the branch team to deliver differentiated customer experiences through technology-enabled and omnichannel interactions.
• Recruit, onboard, retain, and develop employees while managing performance and fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and business risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Strong communication, decision-making, accountability, and people-management skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful completion of additional background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
• Must work in-office in Oxon Hill, Maryland; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
