Branch Manager (Founders Parkway)

Location: Castle Rock, Colorado, United States; in-office

Base salary: $90,750–$151,250 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Manage branch priorities, performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and consultative customer interactions.
• Lead sales planning and execution, acquire consumer and business households, and grow share of wallet.
• Drive business banking results through business development, community involvement, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Coach employees to deliver technology-enabled, omnichannel customer experiences and resolve client issues effectively.
• Attract, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and regulatory compliance risks.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, delegation, digital awareness, and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with customer counseling, customer loyalty, decision-making, people management, and results-oriented execution.
• Foundational understanding of balance sheets and income statements.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state and pass required background checks.
• Must work in-office in Castle Rock, Colorado; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
