Implementation Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Create and manage detailed implementation plans for an assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate internal, client, and third-party resources across project workstreams.
• Produce weekly status reports, lead client status meetings, and run steering committee meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, revenue recognition forecasts, unbilled bookings, resource allocation, utilization, billing, and go-live adherence.
• Manage client relationships and provide timely responses to client inquiries.
• Coordinate transitions from Sales to Global Delivery and from implementation to Client Services.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management and software implementation experience with external clients.
• Experience delivering large-scale programs, managing projects in a matrix reporting environment, and completing projects on time and within budget.
• Intermediate or expert experience with JIRA, Excel, Clarizen, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of investment accounting, financial services, securities or financial markets, and reporting or analytics software.
• Experience implementing software solutions in asset management or insurance, plus consulting or client-facing change delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s and master’s degree in finance or accounting, with strong communication, documentation, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing programs across multiple locations.
• Investment accounting qualification such as ACCA.
