Software Development Project Manager (AI Hardware)

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $75,750–$110,000 base salary per year, plus potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage and track software development, software delivery, and process-improvement programs across the organization.
• Coordinate software development teams and cross-functional program activities.
• Attend core team and production status meetings, communicate updates, track milestones, and record action items.
• Identify program risks, communicate them to stakeholders, and define mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate hardware and software engineering solutions to keep programs on track.
• Maintain program documentation and distribute project information to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field, plus 2+ years of experience in software development, engineering, or production; alternatively, a master’s degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Software development experience is strongly desired.
• Hands-on experience with Jira is strongly desired.
• Strong project management skills, including schedule development and milestone tracking.
• Strong cross-functional management, interpersonal, and adaptive communication skills.
• Clear communication skills for driving programs and providing status updates.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
