Department Supervisor (Outlets at Sparks)

Location: Onsite at 1330 Scheels Drive, Sparks, Nevada, United States

Salary: $19.22–$22.39 per hour

What you will do

• Support department sales, profit goals, and the overall customer experience.
• Lead customer service, product promotion, loyalty app adoption, fitting room, checkout, returns, and exchange routines.
• Monitor fashion trends and ensure accurate product, fashion, visual, and commercial presentation.
• Coordinate stock levels, allocation input, garment delivery, presentation, and the full garment cycle.
• Collaborate with store and visual merchandising colleagues through planning, communication, feedback, and team development.
• Maintain sales floor, stockroom, back-of-house, opening, closing, safety, and in-store technology routines.
