District Manager (Jared Jewelers)

Location: Jared Jewelers - Hulen Mall, Fort Worth, Texas; district coverage includes the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, and Oklahoma area. Requires regular store visits and up to 80% travel for business purposes.

What you will do

• Lead and directly supervise store managers across a district of 8–16 stores.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, develop, and retain store leadership and team members.
• Drive operational, sales, profitability, technology adoption, and customer experience results.
• Conduct store visits to assess execution, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Monitor operating and financial performance against plans and budgets.
• Collaborate with regional operations, store support, legal, and other business partners on shared objectives and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable job experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including multi-site business operations experience.
• At least 2 recent years managing a multi-site team and 4 years of management experience leading, hiring, developing, motivating, and directing employees.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability.
• Strong skills in leadership, operational and financial reporting, presentation, problem solving, conflict management, and relationship building.
• Ability to travel up to 80% for business purposes and remain on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
