Operations Manager (Retail)

Salary: $65,000–$100,000 annually, plus potential performance-based bonuses and applicable pay differentials.

What you will do

• Lead store operations, business initiatives, operational reviews, and continuous improvement plans.
• Supervise, hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and recognize hourly associates while building a culture of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and asset-protection controls, quality standards, and ethical practices.
• Drive customer service initiatives, resolve customer issues, and improve the in-store customer experience.
• Support store financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, controlling expenses, and addressing performance gaps.
• Build relationships with community organizations and support outreach, sustainability, and company-sponsored programs.

Requirements

• Two years of college; or one year of retail experience plus one year of supervisory experience; or two years of general work experience plus one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to complete all required job training and assessments.
• Capability to supervise associates, assign duties, provide feedback, and manage performance.
• Ability to work onsite at the Springdale, Arkansas Neighborhood Market.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
• Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
