Team Manager Developmental (Retail)

Location: Onsite in Daytona Beach, Florida, United States

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.

• Lead teams in member experience, fresh area, merchandising, fulfillment, or freight flow.

• Use data, analytics, and customer insights to shape team strategy and improve operations.

Requirements

• At least two years of college; or one year of retail experience with six months of supervisory experience.
• Alternatively, two years of general work experience with one year of supervisory experience, one year of Sam’s Club experience, or three years of military experience.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and motivate associates.
• Ability to apply customer insights, analytics, and strategic thinking to operational decisions.

Nice to have

• Environmental compliance or related experience.
• Retail profit and loss statement management experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance.
