Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Europe, fully remote

What you will do

• Drive rapid product experimentation through A/B tests, growth experiments, and new features.
• Build, prototype, and ship functional product changes end-to-end.
• Use AI coding tools for coding, prototyping, data analysis, and pull requests.
• Connect product metrics with decisions, define success measures, and analyze experiment results.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, growth, and user experience.
• Own ambiguous product initiatives and work directly with the Co-founder & CTO, designers, developers, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management or closely related product experience.
• Proven experience building and shipping functional products, features, or prototypes.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.
• Strong data fluency, including defining success metrics, analyzing results, and driving iterations.
• Technical autonomy, strong ownership, independent decision-making, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
• Fluent English and full comfort working on uncensored, adult-oriented content.

Nice to have

• Professional evidence of AI-native building and shipping.
• Design fluency.
• Experience in fast-scaling B2C, consumer technology, entertainment, or gaming companies.
• Developer or designer experience transitioning into product.
• Experience with consumer-facing products.
