Sr. Product Manager - AI Builder

Location: Portugal; fully remote

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for a defined AI product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Run customer, stakeholder, and data discovery to identify valuable problems and validate solutions.
• Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering from concept through launch.
• Work with UI/UX on prototypes, design assets, and intuitive product experiences.
• Prioritize the backlog, participate in Agile ceremonies, and align priorities with other product managers.
• Track product performance through metrics, customer satisfaction, and usability feedback, while communicating progress, risks, and timelines.

Requirements

• Strong product judgment for AI-powered features, including an understanding of LLM and AI agent capabilities and limitations.
• At least 3 years of product management experience delivering software products, ideally in SaaS.
• Experience owning a product area or feature set from discovery through launch.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience partnering with design and engineering teams using Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
• Upper-hirify.globalte or higher English proficiency and strong asynchronous communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building customer-facing AI or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with product analytics, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and usage analysis.
• Experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or other SaaS products.
• Familiarity with modern AI concepts, LLMs, or machine learning workflows.
