Senior AI Product Manager (SaaS)

Salary: £96,000–£103,000 GBP per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Own customer-facing AI capabilities from discovery through delivery, including model behavior, data requirements, evaluation methods, quality, security, costs, and gross-margin impact.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps based on customer needs, analytics, market context, and business outcomes.
• Analyze software codebases and build functional prototypes that provide Engineering with an executable starting point.
• Establish repeatable AI-driven workflows for discovery, prototyping, analysis, and delivery across the Product organization.
• Lead customer research, competitive analysis, structured discovery, execution planning, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Mentor product managers and support go-to-market teams with demonstrations, documentation, training, and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software environments, with a record of shipping products from concept through launch.
• Experience defining product vision and roadmaps and leading discovery across complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Ability to read and evaluate codebases, assess technical feasibility, and build functional prototypes using developer workflows such as Git.
• Practical experience managing AI capabilities, including data pipelines, model evaluations, and AI security guardrails.
• Strong customer research, competitive analysis, product analytics, stakeholder management, and structured discovery skills.
• Ability to travel minimally as required by business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in EdTech, higher education, corporate L&D, video infrastructure, or platform integrations such as LMS, LTI, SSO, and APIs.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS metrics, subscription models, ARR, NRR, churn, and retention.
• Experience mentoring or coaching product managers.
