Learning Management System (LMS) Manager

Location: Boston, MA, US; hybrid work model with 3 days per week onsite at the headquarters

Salary: $90,100–$153,300 annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the global LMS strategy, roadmap, administration, governance, and operational activities.
• Lead the deployment of corporate, compliance, regulatory, quality, and other learning initiatives through the LMS.
• Serve as implementation lead for training technologies, integrations, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize LMS improvements.
• Maintain training matrices, course assignments, approvals, data feeds, integrations, reporting, and KPI deliverables.
• Provide user support, monitor issues and trends, drive continuous improvement, and support audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Information Systems, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience administering and managing enterprise LMS platforms in a global organization.
• Experience with LMS strategy, governance, roadmaps, continuous improvement, course catalogs, curricula, assignment rules, and learner records.
• Experience supporting compliance, regulatory, quality, corporate learning programs, and audits in highly regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
