Clinical Training Coordinator (Medtech)

Location: USA - Remote

Annual salary: $74,000–$101,750, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Coordinate and support the execution of clinical training and developmental programs.
• Administer training activities, maintain accurate documentation, and support compliance requirements.
• Coordinate program content and provide operational support for learning initiatives.
• Communicate with clinical operations, bioinformatics, clinical compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Support audit readiness and continuous improvement across clinical training processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in clinical training coordination, quality systems, or learning and development in a regulated environment.
• Experience working with Clinical Compliance.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems or Quality Management Systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FDA, GxP, ICH-GCP, or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Experience supporting training programs in clinical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare settings.
