Service Operator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Retrieve and return decorative rolls to and from collating and sheeting areas.
• Review sheeter and collator schedules to identify rolls for retrieval.
• Process roll transactions in Oracle and maintain accurate, organized inventory.
• Inspect rolling stock, replace batteries when needed, and report maintenance issues.
• Support sheeting and collating operators with changeovers, roll rewinding, and combining small rolls.
• Operate trained lift equipment and follow applicable workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant experience, including six months operating a deco clamp lift and six months of entry-level melamine or assembly experience; one year of hirify.global experience may be accepted if qualified applicants are unavailable.
• Training to operate a fork/clamp lift and Drexel lift.
• Ability to understand and follow directions, work independently, and read production schedules.
• Working knowledge of Oracle inventory transactions and applicable safety standards.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends and perform continuous physical exertion, including walking, pushing, climbing, and lifting items over 50 pounds.
