Production Operator 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; onsite, second shift

Salary: $43,112–$68,144 per year, with possible annual or quarterly bonus and shift premium eligibility

What you will do

• Read and verify shop travelers, manufacturing instructions, and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate printing, automated, and other production equipment according to job requirements.
• Inspect products, verify process completion, record defects, and document quality data.
• Enter production information into shop orders and computer applications and escalate issues to production, management, or engineering.
• Prepare materials and work areas, maintain cleanliness, and perform fine assembly and microscope-based inspection when required.
• Follow PPE, chemical handling, hazardous waste, accident reporting, and other EHS procedures while cross-training on equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, California, on the second shift.
• English proficiency sufficient to read and understand manufacturing work orders, customer specifications, and shop control documents.
• General computer skills, including electronic record updates, data entry, and email communication.
• Ability to sit or stand throughout a shift and independently push, pull, or lift 10–50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, including weekends when necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
