Production Associate O1 - DPM (3rd Shift Sun-Thurs 10-6:30am)

Location: Logan, Utah, United States; onsite. Schedule: 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, and shipping of products.
• Follow standard operating procedures for material handling, equipment operation, and finished-goods packaging.
• Read and follow work policies, EHS requirements, quality-control procedures, schematics, verbal instructions, and GMPs.
• Complete required quality and compliance training and report quality or compliance concerns.
• Maintain documentation and follow requirements for non-conforming products, rework, ESD, calibration, preventive maintenance, material identification, and segregation.
• Work with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow procedures, production documentation, and quality requirements.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across production, engineering, and management teams.
• Ability to frequently climb stairs and ladders, squat, kneel, crouch, reach, and handle small objects.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds unassisted and occasionally move heavier weights with assistance.
• Ability to wear cleanroom gowning, chemical-resistant clothing, safety glasses, or goggles and meet the required vision capabilities.

Nice to have

• Two years of related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
