Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK. Onsite role working a rotating shift pattern 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and SMART goal setting.
- Drive shift performance, productivity, and fulfilment of customer web and store demand on time and in full.
- Work with the Section Manager and warehouse leadership team to monitor operational plans and address performance gaps.
- Review labour plans, identify coverage issues, and provide feedback on daily and weekly targets.
- Champion site safety routines, including inspections, hazard spotting, safety gembas, risk assessments, and audits.
- Support continuous improvement, culture change, and initiatives to improve employee retention and performance.
Requirements
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong potential for people and change management.
- Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach to operational management.
- Resilient, flexible, approachable, and able to solve problems in a fast-paced business.
- Availability to work a rotating shift pattern 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
