Warehouse Team Manager (Fulfilment)

Location: Derby, England, United Kingdom. Onsite role at the Skygate distribution centre with a rotational 4-on-4-off shift pattern from 10:00 to 22:00 across seven days.

What you will do

• Lead people and processes within an operational area of the fulfilment centre.
• Manage and develop fulfilment colleagues, building capability and strengthening team culture.
• Drive performance, engagement, quality, efficiency and accuracy against operational KPIs.
• Help process and despatch volumes of up to 300,000 units per day and more than two million units during peak weeks.
• Proactively manage health and safety risks and maintain a safe working environment.
• Build relationships across teams and support operational change.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in an operational environment.
• People-first leadership style with strong accountability and a coaching mindset.
• Ability to develop talent, build relationships and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Resilience, adaptability and a solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first understanding of quality, efficiency and accuracy.
• Fulfilment operation experience is preferred.
