Operations Supervisor - Night Shift (Warehouse Operations/Logistics): Leading a 25–30-person fulfillment team and managing overnight execution across productivity, quality, throughput, accuracy, and safety KPIs with an accent on real-time labor allocation, coaching, and operational decision-making. Focus on troubleshooting fulfillment issues, identifying root causes through performance data, improving workflows, and maintaining reliable shift handoffs.
Location: On-site at the TX1 fulfillment center in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Overnight/night-shift schedule with weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates during the night shift.
- Set shift priorities and monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety KPIs.
- Adjust labor allocation and workflows as operational volume and priorities change.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, coordinate with other departments, and address performance concerns.
- Use performance data to identify root causes and improve processes and results.
- Train and onboard associates while maintaining inventory accuracy, equipment standards, sanitation, safety, and shift handoffs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment.
- Strong coaching, people-leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using data and KPIs to manage performance in a fast-paced operation.
- Ability to work an overnight/night-shift schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice to have
- Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems.
- Degree or coursework in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, engineering, or a related field.
- Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement experience.
