Transformation Strategy Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid role within commutable distance of a hirify.global hub in the United States, with preference for New York, Bethlehem, or Boston.

Salary: $152,290–$250,195 annually, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operational transformation initiatives across Group Benefits.
• Assess customer journeys and workflows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement future-state operating models using process redesign, workflow orchestration, automation, and AI enablement.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, governance frameworks, and playbooks.
• Partner with business functions and technology teams to drive execution and adoption of new processes.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and progress updates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, or business strategy within the insurance industry, preferably Group Benefits.
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in process redesign and workflow optimization.
• Exposure to automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and senior-leadership influencing skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
