Portfolio Enablement Lead

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. Louisville, KY is listed as the job location.

Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution and adoption of enterprise portfolio Ways of Working, ART structures, value-stream alignment, and operating models.
• Develop and execute portfolio transformation strategies and multi-year roadmaps across multiple portfolios.
• Advise SVPs, VPs, directors, and portfolio leaders on investment alignment, prioritization, governance, and organizational design.
• Conduct portfolio assessments, diagnose systemic risks and constraints, and recommend improvements to flow efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
• Facilitate executive planning, alignment, governance, and investment decision-making sessions.
• Build leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, standards adoption, metrics, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation, portfolio leadership, organizational design, or operational excellence.
• Deep expertise in Lean Portfolio Management, Agile-at-scale methodologies, and enterprise operating model design.
• Experience defining, implementing, and governing portfolio standards across multiple portfolios or enterprise domains.
• Experience advising executive leadership, leading large-scale transformation and organizational change, and facilitating executive workshops.
• Strong analytical, communication, influence, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency with portfolio management and Agile lifecycle tools such as Jira Align and Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, organizational leadership, or a related field.
• SAFe Program Consultant SPC 6.0 and Advanced SPC certification, or willingness to obtain it within six months.
• Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent advanced change leadership certification.
• Experience with Agile or Lean Centers of Excellence, healthcare or regulated industries, Fortune 100 organizations, enterprise AI adoption, digital transformation, or advanced analytics.
