Technical Program Manager (f/m/d)

hirify.global develops energy technologies, with this role supporting the Grid Technologies organization and Product Management business unit.

What you will do

• Monitor technology domains, startups, research institutions, publications, and market developments relevant to Grid Technologies.
• Gather, structure, and maintain early technology signals across H1–H4 horizons.
• Maintain Technology Radar entries and document technology signals and assessment status.
• Prepare background notes, technology summaries, briefing materials, and visual inputs for interactions with startups, universities, and research institutes.
• Use digital and AI-enabled tools to improve the searchability, synthesis, and reuse of technology intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, technology management, business, innovation management, data analytics, or a related field.
• Initial experience in technology scouting, research, strategy, innovation, R&D, consulting, or market intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure information and summarize complex topics clearly.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, energy systems, grid technologies, startups, and innovation ecosystems.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills with attention to detail.
