Director, Group Technology

Location: Berlin, Germany; 80% office presence and 20% mobile working.

What you will do

• Lead high-impact technology programs shaping group-wide technology direction.
• Drive cross-brand initiatives from strategy through adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Create transparency across technology investments, delivery performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Enable faster decisions through rigorous analysis and clear recommendations.
• Align technology and product leaders across Germany, the US, the UK, and Poland.
• Build and evolve the governance, operating model, and capabilities of the group-wide function.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading large cross-organizational technology programs.
• Proven experience with platform migrations, operating models, or technology integrations.
• Sound technical judgment in cloud, architecture, and delivery discussions.
• Strong data-driven alignment, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident communication with C-level executives and the ability to distill complex topics into clear decisions.
