What you will do

• Develop and drive the AI roadmap in alignment with the Freudenberg Group AI strategy.
• Build and manage a portfolio of AI use cases from business case development through implementation and value realization.
• Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities and redesign processes across functions and regions.
• Define and track KPIs measuring the impact, adoption, and value creation of AI initiatives.
• Drive AI adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, and capability building.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in business transformation, digital transformation, strategy, consulting, or a similar environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of AI and its application in business environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are beneficial.
