What you will do

• Manage large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects from setup through closeout.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources.
• Lead Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Coordinators, and other project employees.
• Coordinate with field operations, company leadership, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and other hirify.global entities.
• Verify finished work, contract compliance, project quality, and timely cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and company work-rule requirements are followed.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical field.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Ability to work in manufacturing, pipeline, refining, and other demanding construction environments, including confined spaces, noise, intense odors, extreme temperatures, and limited visibility.
• Ability to travel and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice to have

• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job-costing software.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar accounting software.
• Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
